Come Join us for Guided Meditation

July 21st  7-8pm

Light snacks and beverages will be provided.

Meditation is great for stress reduction, relaxation, calming of the mind and general healing.

During mediation the body enters a state of deep relaxation, which allows for deep healing.

If you have never meditated before or find it hard to meditate on your own, come join us and experience something new.

We will gently guide you through the process. The guided meditation will be lead by Angie Trussell, our staff Hypnotherapist.

Cost is $15 per person, due at time of registration.

Class size is limited due to seating so please reserve your spot. Recliners will be provided for the first 10 people. If you choose to bring a yoga mat or pillow to sit on, please feel free to do so.
